General Terms and Conditions -

These terms and conditions will apply for the purchase of goods from Coastline Surfaces Limited – Company Number:

 

Our payment terms are 50% deposit which we request approximately 7 days before the installation start date and the final 50% payment is to be paid upon completion. Please make all cheques payable to ‘Coastline Surfaces Ltd’.

 

Access to power and water must be available once on site to allow us to complete the installation correctly.

 

Coastline Surfaces Limited will not be liable for any damage caused to the installation once we have left the site.

 

Installing over the existing base / subbase will not be guaranteed to stop future ground movement and therefore we are not liable for any cracking / crumbling due to this.

 

All products are hand laid and we will do our upmost to achieve a flat and level surface. Trowel marks are kept to a minimum although this is part of the product and therefore we are not liable for any trowel marks which show under any lighting conditions.

 

All rights on our website are owned by or licensed to Coastline Surfaces Limited. Any use of any contents or pictures from our website is prohibited.

 

All availability is done on a first come first served basis. If you require a specific installation date, we will do our best to accommodate.

 

All our product samples provided are made using natural materials and aggregates, there are slight colour and size variations between different batches and bags. We do not take liability for any colour changes due to different colour stones that come out of the quarry.
